    • In my specific role within the team, I was helping with improving processes within one of the NatWest products. This involved conducting analysis, speaking with internal stakeholders and taking part in day-to-day meetings.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

    • It depends on the role, as being an intern means you have very little experience therefore you may not be able to help as much as you would like to. But I was given a certain degree of responsibility where my work would have contributed to real-world change within the project. The team were always supportive however and would help whenever asked.

    • Really good. Everyone I met has been really nice and welcoming. Whilst also being there to help when you need them to. It is a very warm and supportive atmosphere.

    • I have enjoyed it very much so far. I am enjoying the work I am doing. The team are great to be around and the atmosphere is somewhere you want to be.
