Overview
Some of the work i took part in each day included reading and improving R&D reports, analysing new potential companies to be clients, shadowing on client calls and meetings, grouping bfe's and tax training online.
Skills
Yes, I've developed tax technical knowledge aswell as reporting, analysing and accounting skills
Responsibilities
Yes lots of responsibility, work was assigned to me and i was trusted to complete it on my own.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support. Assigned a buddy and career coach who were there to help me with any queries or help i needed
Culture
Amazing, everyone was so kind and welcoming to me, i felt comfortable straight away
