    Overview

  • Daily tasks: Drafting emails and documents, creating social media content, research, conducting interviews and onboarding tutors.

    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Being client focused - when I was communicating with a range of organisations and individuals, I had to ensure that whatever I was proposing had some value to them and presented the incentives without too much focus on the costs. E.g. when putting together proposals asking corporates for funding I highlighted the benefits to them rather than focusing on the amount of funding we needed. Solution focused - when starting a project I ensured that I was certain about the desired outcome and so focused on overcoming any challenges that would prevent the desired outcome. Improved resource management - when initially brainstorming for some projects, some ideas I had would cost too much to fund and so I had to review the resources we had and make adjustments accordingly.
