Yes, within a week of joining I was doing work with tangible real life outcomes.
Support & Guidance
Very good support and guidance, though workload can drop at times as undergrads don't have the training needed for some tasks.
Culture
Excellent culture, particularly with the target shooting club. Undergrads have some good opportunities to meet each other, and can form some great bonds.

It's been a great year. I'm definitely planning on coming back.
