Overview
During the scheme, participants sat in two different teams for one week each. I had to do one research task each week and performed other tasks to support my supervising associates throughout the week.

Communicating effectively with people that are busy
Business Insight
The explanation about the process of becoming a trainee and an NQ solicitor, if offered a place, was very clear.
Culture
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Several events were organised throughout the two weeks, which allowed me to speak to various people throughout the firm, in various departments and at various levels of seniority.

I very much enjoyed being immersed in the teams I was a part of, and felt engaged by the work I was given.
