Overview
5-day insight into Morgan Stanley's Institutional Securities Group. The first 3 days provided an overview of all the divisions within the group, with the final two days being specific to our preferred divisions. The insight involved a variety of engagements, ranging from group activities to learning from speakers.
Skills
Developed a deeper technical knowledge of the financial industry, as well as a stronger set of soft skills for the industry.
Business Insight
It was amazing to see the interactions between all the different divisions and how divisions work together on various projects.
Culture
Extremely friendly, seniors are very generous with their time and everyone is open to sharing their experiences.
