Overview
Over the 10 weeks, I rotated across 3 departments within the legal team. My role consisted of supporting the legal team with their daily tasks. This included drafting contractual agreements, networking, supporting fellow interns and preparing for intern tasks.
Skills
As well as learning new knowledge about financial services and its intersection with the law, I learnt a plethora of legal skills, this included the ability to draft and alter contracts. I had the opportunity to present to senior staff two times, so I learnt how to present effectively. I learnt the art of time management.
Responsibilities
I was given Trainee level work, so I was great exposure.
Support & Guidance
I was given a lot of support from fellow interns, HR, trainees and the legal team.
Culture
Such a lovely culture, really demonstrating the 5 core values.
Your Impressions
