Overview
Daily standup meetings with my team, peer programming with colleagues, working on real projects for real end-users.
Skills
Gained new programming language skills, developed presenting skills, developed further understanding of finanical terms.
Responsibilities
Yes. Given total responsibility for the section of project, my team was working on and expected to meet real deadlines. The project will be used by real people and therefore is meaningful.

Always had someone I was able to ask for guidance.
Culture
Very friendly and inclusive for all people. Offered the chance to participate in many events outside of my work.

Thoroughly enjoyed. I enjoyed it so much that I am returning as a graduate next year on a full-time basis.
