Overview
The role was varied we were given tasks related to data collection and management, product development, and other training related to the job role. We managed many projects as groups and as individuals surrounding Hedge fund related topics.
Skills
Yes, my networking and professional development skills have come on during the internship.
Responsibilities
Yes, we were given the responsibility of hosting a charity event for the division and were also given the responsibility of handling a data collection task - this was sought out.
Support & Guidance
Both immediate and other management could not have been more helpful and caring!
Culture
Company culture was people first - if you're health is sound, you'll work your best, this is fully understood at Morgan Stanley. everyone is there to lean on eachother
Your Impressions
It was as enjoyable as it could have been considering it was online. I would have definitely benefited more from in-person social interaction and hands-on experience with the role itself.

what you put in is what you get out. there is never any 'pointless task'.
