    • Several different zoom sessions allowing you to network with graduates and people who work in your chosen area, as well as sessions to look into the bank's purpose, and several sessions on what the culture of the bank is as well as tips for the assessment centre.

    • Very positive, working on diversity as well as climate action and essentially being a sustainable business. More of a relaxed culture than corporate which was a pleasant surprise.

    • The insight was very enjoyable, plenty of opportunity to ask questions, there was no pressure and the coordinators were great, very easy to talk to, everything was very organised.

    • Be confident and be yourself, don't put yourself under pressure as they won't either. Stay calm during the application process and definitely research the purpose and diversity and inclusion practices.
