Overview
Throughout the week, we participated in various activities and talks led by members of staff at NatWest. Specifically, we participated in sessions led by recent graduates, Department Heads, and HR members in our business area to learn more about the role and work-life at NatWest. We additionally had speakers talk about the various core values and goals of NatWest as whole.
Skills
We developed and improved upon some softer skills such as networking, communication, teamwork, and critical thinking. There were many group work activities.
Business Insight
We learned a vast amount of information regarding the business, but less information about the specific roles. We were made aware of the many divisions and roles available, but not a ton of information about specifically what each job/position entails.
Culture
Amazing! There were so many positive and NatWest showed that they are truly dedicated to cultivating a friendly, and healthy culture.

I thoroughly enjoyed the insight program! It provided lots of information and was a good experience overall.
