Overview
Over the week we learnt about NatWest's purpose, vision and values from colleagues themselves. This involved networking and many interactive activities. There was also time spent dedicated to prepare us for the upcoming assessment centre for the summer internship.

The prospective business and potential roles were clearly outlined by the coordinators and colleagues. We were also directed to resources where we could find more details about these potential roles.
Culture
The company culture and general atmosphere was very welcoming. Most of the colleagues had spent many years at the bank showing that it was a good place to want to work.
