The Role
The placement challenged me and was a great introduction to working life!
Colleagues value the help that you put in for the team.
My manager and the management team were incredible in giving support and guidance - fantastic role models!
As a member on the monthly team, there would be quieter spells, but you can always find things that need doing!
After demonstrating competence, I was handed lots of responsibility which was fantastic!
There are so many skills that I've learnt during the placement that will assist me not only in the workplace, but in life.
The Company
There are busier and quieter periods, but the atmosphere is always friendly and everyone has a sense of humour.
The HR team deserve ernomous credit for the way they have set up the work placement, it was almost a seamless transition!
There are many areas where the firm has actively supported me this year.
