Yes - they give you projects to do on your own that you must present to the wider team. They give you deliverables and deadlines that you have to work towards.
Support & Guidance
Plenty of support - my manager checked in regularly with me as well as the wider team. The junior members on the team were really helpful too and always willing to answer questions. Great team environment and plenty of opportunities to develop skills when you ask.
Culture
People within the team and wider Citi divisions were very nice and always willing to chat. Never felt like I couldn't asked a question.
