Overview
Role of reviewing the businesses policies and procedures to ensure that they are in line with the regulatory requirements. Advising other areas of the business on best practice to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Culture
MUFG has a flat structure which makes it easier to reach other to different people regardless of position. Employee networks focusing on some key issues and prompted cultivating and thought-provoking conversations. Everyone I encountered was kind and helpful, willing to provide support in any way.

Your Impressions
Thoroughly enjoyed my time at MUFG. I have been able to develop personally and professionally whilst gaining a great understanding of the business and the markets it works in. Able to work on important and valuable pieces of work. Team atmosphere was extremely enjoyable regardless of the COVID-19 circumstances.
