Overview
My role involves helping execute deals, learning about various functions of the business and networking with individuals across the frim.
Skills
I have developed soft skills such as communicating in a professional setting as well as hard skills such as financial modelling (Excel) and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
I was given responsibility for my work early on by requesting to be involved with deal flow in the team. The team efficiently manages workload and is receptive to feedback. Proactivity is important in this sense.
Support & Guidance
Excellent support from HR, my Line Manger, Buddy and my Team as well as the wider colleague network. Everyone was willing to provide support and guidance.
Culture
Great strong culture which is very inclusive and welcoming. Friendly atmosphere with a good balance of additional social events.
