  • Everyone I met from Morgan Stanley was really helpful and kind, always willing to help you answering your questions.

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • It was a very intense week: we were all together from 8 a.m. until around 6 p.m and afterwards we had to work on a project by groups, but that is how it must be if you really want to make the most of it.

    2/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • The aim of the Spring Insight Program is to have an overview of all the company, so we didn't work for them. Although we didn't had responsibilities related to work, you do have the responsibility to make the most of it.

    1/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • It is not only the knowledge you get about the finance industry and investment banking, but also communication skills, apart from the opportunity to meet very smart people from different countries and backgrounds and learn a lot from each other.
