    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • As a Change & Business Solutions Intern I had to do placement work (In an allocated department within Retail Banking), work on an intern business project, work on a CSR project as well as attend various development sessions, workshops, speaker sessions and more.

    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • I am confident enough to say that I have developed my existing skills and at the same time learnt new skills! I have managed to develop my critical thinking and team working skills from my placement and business project specifically. Apart from that, I have learnt how to communicate effectively within teams and departments and how to share my ideas/suggestions with more confidence.

Although as an intern you are given much responsibility, you are also given the right amount of help and support to face these responsibilities in the best possible way.
