Overview
Assisted the data science teams with their duties. These included maintenance and management of databases using SQL, Python, R and Scala code. I also performed data analysis on the databases and presented my findings to key stakeholders. I took part in the daily stand-up calls explaining the work I did and what I planned to do. There was a lot of ad-hoc work to assist various team members.
Skills
I developed my presenting skill, along with my programming skills.
Responsibilities
I was given the responsibility to work with the private and secure dataset. I was also given responsibility to create the guides pertaining to this data.
Support & Guidance
I was given plenty of support. There were many managers and supervisors who I could go to for many different issues. This included a career manager, a line manager and a future talent team. There is also a buddy scheme to assist the transition.
Culture
The atmosphere was friendly and supportive.

I enjoyed it very much. I developed socially and professionally. I was supported in my work.
