  • One of inclusitivity. Every voice is heard and given equal weight. I was speaking in meetings with CFO's!

  • Make sure you do your research! There are so many things that the Bank offers, that if you were to go into an interview with existing knowledge surrounding ESG principles etc. then it would help you stand out from the crowd.
