Overview
I was tasked with working with many Relationship Managers and product partners on many client calls, learning more from their role as well as receiving training .
Skills
Excel, Powerpoint, communication and organisational skills were highly developed
Responsibilities
A lot of responsibility as my manager was very supportive in giving me what I can do and what I was good at, then providing me more responsibility as time passed
Support & Guidance
I was very supported in my role and whenever I needed help or guidance, I would always be given the help or referred to a person better equipped to support me.
Culture
It was very surprising! as everyone was very nice to one another, very little pressure added on work and life balance, so there was much flexibility in daily work tasks.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it so much, that I would consider joining the organisation after finishing my studies at univeristy!
