  • Yes lots. I worked independently on my main project. Also took charge of the engagement team and made the monthly team newsletter

  • Received support with coping with stress etc. Received support with projects too, all though there was an emphasis on being independant

  • Excellent. Very open culture. This was tangible, even in a virtual environment

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • Enjoyed immensely, although was very stressful. It was a shame that I felt that the whole internship was an interview for the Gradscheme, but I learned a lot nonetheless.

  • Most important thing is not technical expertise or industry knowledge, but soft skills. Showcase your team work skills, project management skills etc.
