    • Yes, I was given responsibility to create automation flows based on my own consultation with other team members needs and requirements.

    • I was given lots of support from my manager and all members of the teams I worked with. This helped me gain a lot of confidence when speaking to people within the teams, and in what I was doing

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

    • Everyone I spoke with was genuinely friendly, and everyone seemed very relaxed in nature, whilst being productive and inspiring. M&G culture has a focus on being inclusive for everyone, and emphasises that everyone has a place, and can be who they are without judgement.

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

    • I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with M&G, I felt part of the teams from day 1, and also felt that the work I was doing was making a difference and made everyone's lives easier. 10/10.
