    • This is what stands out about MUFG as compared to other organisations. The flat culture allows support to be very accessible throughout seniority ranks and much support is given. You are assigned line manager as well as a buddy so there is always someone you can rely on.

    • Understand what makes MUFG different to other institutions and learn about the history of the bank. Furthermore, try and get an insight into its investment strategy and its focus on being client centric to aim and become the world's most trusted financial group.
