    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
  • I was able to shadow work meetings with industry professionals. As well as being able to ask many questions and have many meetings discussing the company and the line of service, I was also able to attend sessions in order to learn more able the technology used in the line of service.

  • Throughout the insight, I have developed my networking skills by being encouraged to ask a lot of questions and meet many people. I have also learnt new knowledge about the technology used in the company.

    Culture

  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Everyone that I met on the insight was very nice and always willing to help and answer any questions that I had. From the time that I spent there, it was clear that the company culture is very accepting and equal.

  • 5. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • I found the insight very enjoyable and learnt a lot. It allowed me to network as well as learn new concepts and explore both the company and the secor. The company culture and the people/employees were a large part of why I found the insight so enjoyable.

  • Make sure to research the company and the line of service as much as possible as this will help with the interview process. I would also advise to come to the insight with questions prepared and ready to ask many questions to the professionals.
