Overview
A week talking to different people that work within Citi. We learnt about all the different roles and departments along with what it is like to work in the company.
Skills
I got the chance to take part in a hackathon and to practice my coding skills with codility. We also took part in other activities like a Trading game, learning about the finance and trading side within Citi, I went in with very basic knowledge in that field and feel I have learnt a great deal.
Business Insight
I was really surprised at the variety of roles and projects Citi has , I definitely feel that I have came out with a wider prospective on technology and technology within Citi.
Culture
The atmosphere was really welcoming and even though the event was hosted online there were lots of opportunities to ask questions.
