Overview
due to the pandemic it was all on zoom. 9am-5pm for 5 days. there was sessions on different parts of the business
Skills
yes there was trading and coding sessions
Business Insight
As it was all on zoom there was many citi employees on the call from many different regions and areas within citi. there was question and answer sessions as well as talks from the employees
Culture
very friendly, engaging as we could ask questions, there was sessions on the company culture and how citi are dealing with issues like racial injustice and woman in finance

i did enjoy it as there was many different areas covered in the 5 days and there was question and answer sessions

do research in the area you are interested in but also keep your mind open to other areas within citi. ask questions and show your enthusiasm
