Overview
Interactive webinars that gave an overview of the different divisions of the firm. It also involved networking with other Spring Insight Programme participants and analysts at Rothschild. We also took part in an investment banking workshop to learn the technical skills involved.

Technical skills (such as valuation methodologies) and presentation skills
Business Insight
Really fun and informative. Very interactive, especially considering the virtual nature of the programme.

Very welcoming and inclusive. Everyone I met was really supportive and generous with their time.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed participating in the programme. I was pleasantly surprised by the breadth of the presentations, and I really appreciated the opportunity to showcase my work through the group project.
