Skills
How news can affect equity / FOREX markets. The art of what makes a good question.
Business Insight
Eye-opening about how many divisions are within Citi that are of interest. Also how flexible the company is with their employees moving roles / locations.
Culture
Global as it is the most global bank. A good community feel, obviously everyone works very hard but there is a supportive culture and it feels as though the company really invests in its people.

It was brilliant. Obviously it was a challenge on their part to run it virtually but I think that it was executed very well.
