  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The (Virtual) Female Insight Day was very insightful. Not only did I get an opportunity to gain a first-hand insight into the strong culture at MUFG but also able to network and hear from current employees about their experiences and journey.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • Considering this event was only for the day, it is difficult to note being there for only a short period of time. However, for the entire event I felt extremely valued personally as many employees gave up time to share their passion with us interns - ranging from directors to grads. Being able to network 1:1 with everyone was also rewarding as we were able to gain invaluable advice and knowledge.

    • There was a session outlining summer/grad opportunities as well as the different business areas you could choose to join.

    • Gained a lot of knowledge about the investment banking industry as a whole. This will most definitely aid my future decisions about where to specialise and the various different opportunities available within this industry for my potential future career.

    • The event was well-structured with an introduction, overview of investment banking, mock case study simulation, panel discussion, and finally many networking opportunities. This event ran very smoothly despite all being virtual.
