  • It was a great opportunity to learn a lot more about the industry and meet lots of like minded people.

  • The graduates with whom we did our rotations we're very accommodating and engaging.

  • It was an extremely busy, but rewarding week, couldn't recommend it enough.

  • There was never a point in the day where you weren't supposed to be doing anything, and so there was no hanging about.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Considering I only did an easter week, I was surprised as to how much time they invested in us. Impressive!

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • On the final day we had end of internship drinks, which was a great opportunity to really talk to people in a much more relaxed environment.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • London is always quite expensive, but lot's of things were laid on by RBS.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • We participated in a corporate social responsibility task, which involved helping to build a log wall in a local park, It was a lot of fun, and definitely worth getting outside in the fresh air for a bit.
