  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • Fantastic support from the entire HR team! Lots of guidance in case of technical problem! Personally I did not have any technical problem but the HR team and the support team were always there in case of problem or in case of any question about the program. They were answering all of our questions.

  • Really pleasant. The HR team was particularly positive and supportive. The other participants were brilliant and we did a Zoom call to get to know each other during the insight. The general atmosphere was really fun and we did some very playful activities, like the trading simulation or the M&A study case (there were some exercises). I think it was literally perfect!

    Everything Else

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?
  • I did not have any expenses as it was virtual (due to coronavirus) but I know that Citi would have reimbursed my expenses if I had to go to London and take a plane and an apartment for a few days. I was not paid at all but I guess it is the case in any Spring insight.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • I had the opportunity to speak with the HR team, to interact with Citi's speaker through Q&A at the end of each session. I had also the chance to participate in a Q&A with the Spring Alumni and it was an incredible experience to be able to ask them questions about Citi, their career path, their success.
