About You
Really interesting speakers ranging from relatively junior members to managing directors. Got to get an insight into their daily lives and they were open to answer questions about their specific organisations within Citi.
very interactive and friendly people who were welcoming and made it very smooth to be doing this programme over the computer.
The guest speakers gave us tips on what skills, qualities and attributes to bring to the table when it came to their roles.
Learnt so much in such a short space of time. Definitely opened my eyes and made me realise to be more informed in the business world.
The Company
very well structured with adequate breaks and rest time to go and stretch your legs

People spoke about their journey to where they got and it was interesting to see that on every step of the way, it was the same values that they needed to show in order to succeed.
