The Role
It has been a very insightful experience, with a wider array of opportunities within different parts of the business.
Everyone in my team was very welcoming and supportive.
Start of the placement I was able to spend a lot of time with my manger who was always very supportive and understanding. As time progressed my level of autonomy increased. This really helped with my overall development
The workload was quite steady throughout the placement, some days busier than others. During the quieter days it’s important to set up meetings with different work colleagues so that you gain a better understanding of the business and different functions.
Form the start of the internship I was given a full level of responsibility.
