The Role
I've learned incredibly much!! Never thought I would be so included in the team and would get to work on so many challenging projects. You definitely have to work very hard and long hours (IBD), which sometimes makes this internship really though.
Everyone is really including and very friendly. They really want to get to know you.
They were very supporting and explaining everything if you didn't understand something.
I had a lot of things to do during the day, as I was included in all projects. Next to that you also have to complete an intern project, which is a lot of work. So I have never been bored!
I had quite a lot of responsibility. Of course I was always checked by analysts and associates, but they really give you your own tasks.
It really helped me!
The Company
Everyone is so nice and friendly! Even MDs are really approachable.
Really well organized! You don't have to worry about anything!
I got one full week of training for a 10 weeks internship, I think that is quite substantial.
