    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I've learned incredibly much!! Never thought I would be so included in the team and would get to work on so many challenging projects. You definitely have to work very hard and long hours (IBD), which sometimes makes this internship really though.

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Everyone is really including and very friendly. They really want to get to know you.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • They were very supporting and explaining everything if you didn't understand something.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • I had a lot of things to do during the day, as I was included in all projects. Next to that you also have to complete an intern project, which is a lot of work. So I have never been bored!

    3/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I had quite a lot of responsibility. Of course I was always checked by analysts and associates, but they really give you your own tasks.

    5/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • I got one full week of training for a 10 weeks internship, I think that is quite substantial.
