  • I was given some real responsibility to complete useful tasks from start to finish that were useful for my team

  • Office was open so I could meet people from other teams, but was quiet

  • Expectations and objectives were clearly set out from the beginning, as well as my development and this was regularly checked. Very good organisational framework

  • Lots of training events and opportunities to go to more if you wanted, and some boujee events that made me feel valued
