  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Lots of opportunities to get involved in the work that they do.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Constantly got feedback from managers and generally felt that I was contributing to the department as opposed to carrying out menial tasks.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Was constantly given useful feedback. He also made sure I was getting the most out of the internship.

  • Constant given responsibility - as long as you want, you'll get it!

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • As above, but when I asked for a bit more variety (in a nice way!), it wasn't really given as I was only there for a few weeks.

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Great sense of banter around the office, everyone got on well with each other - was easy to fit in.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • During the internship the organisation was faultless but prior to it (ie. the recruitment side of things), sometimes I felt as though they'd forgotten about my interviews/application.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The presentation training at Bradenham was definately a highlight as it was very useful and a lot of fun!

  • Company Parties/Events

  • Offered jobs to most of the interns.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • I was staying in temporary accomodation right in the city - was a fantastic experience but a costly one as well.

  • Away Day, CSR Day, leaving party - general post-work drinks with interns as well.
