  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I absolutely enjoyed the internship. I had opportunity to rotate two desks and also meet people from every division in Citi.

    • I was constantly approached by the members of my team who were always available to guide and help me throughout the program. I was assigned different tasks which helped me to learn about the desk and about markets in general.

    • Senior colleagues were always available and willing to help me throughout the program. They were relying on me as any other member of the team which allowed me to give my best and stay focused.

    • I was very busy solving the tasks assigned by the desk and meeting colleagues from other teams.

    • During the internship I was given several tasks to make the job of the team more efficient.

    • I was able to develop and dive into technicalities of rates and FX. I also had the opportunity to meet people from other desks and learn what other desks at the Bank do on a daily basis.
