    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • This was a very fun and exciting insight. It was packed full of quality information which have a great view of the firm, however there was a lot of fun team working activities which made the event even more enjoyable, as well as encouraging you to network with current members of M&G.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • I felt like the firm wanted everybody attending to be there. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable during the insight. Members of staff were very easy to talk to and approachable, they were giving good answers and seemed to very eager to help us with any questions we had.

    5/5

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • The team at M&G Prudential was very supportive and again they gave us very useful answers to any questions which anybody attending the event had. If anybody was unsure about something the team at M&G Prudential were quick to help and ensure that we had all the support which was required.

    5/5

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The insight event gave attendees a great insight into the firm, the working of the firm and also a great understanding of the recruitment process at M&G Prudential. However there wasn't a huge insight to take away in terms of the actual work undertaken by M&G, there wasn't any examples of the work which would be undertaken during the internships they offer. Therefore there wasn't a huge takeaway in terms of skill and knowledge development with reference to a future job at the firm or to carry forward into our studies.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • The event at M&G Prudential was very well structured, at the beginning of the event we were given an agenda for the evening. This consisted of presentations from current employees, interns and graduate members of the firm broken up between games which got everybody engaged and thinking.

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?
  • People were very happy and sociable. There was a lot of games which created a good atmosphere throughout the event, these fun tasks meant that everybody was talking and and created a very happy and enjoyable event during the whole insight event. Everybody felt engaged during both the games and the presentations.
