The Role
Really good, loads of oppurtunity and scope to explore different areas of the firm and working on multiple clients
Felt appreciated and valued, with my individual work directly contributing towards the overall success and completion of the job
Lots of support and advice was available when working on more technical/complex systems
Work was busy and constant, with few downtimes were tasks were available for me to do
Lots of autonomy, with work independently performed becoming part of the finished product. Worked predominantly on individual tasks, but with easy access to help/advice available
Good practise operating technical computer systems, will assist in some assignments in uni
The Company
really good vibe, with everyone genuinely open and friendly! easy to get to know people and a good place to work, with good social activities as well
Well done and good, few times were felt unsure regarding as to what happens next
Other team members working on jobs, incl. associates and managers, were happy to and regularly set aside time to assist me in the work I was doing when I get a bit stuck
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Very!!
The Culture
Was good and chatted to them, didn't see them much in office hours outside of lunch due to being in a different LoS
Its Leeds, it ain't pricey!
Its good, didn't go out properly other than to a few bars during the placement but know there are plenty of good clubs and bars about
Sport's day was good, but being an intern naturally not many opportunities are available outside of work
