About You
I really enjoyed the fast paced environement. I have learnt about all the divisions, the learning curve was incredible !
I felt at ease, people are easy going, open minded. I enjoyed to network with many brillant and interesting people from the whole world !
I had absolutely no problem, the HR team did a very good job to guide us !
First, now I am sure that I want to work in investment' banking. Second, I developed skills like public speaking, networking, team spirit and negotation.
The Company
The Spring Week was very well structured. The planning was very clear, and we moved from one task to the next one easily.
Great, I had the opportunity to friends and colleagues who were willing to learn and discover the banking industry.
All the different workshops and training sessions helped me to increase my knowledge and to develop the skills I have mentioned previously.
It is the work shadowing that helped me to understand the lifestyle of a full time analyst. I also spoke to many people during networking events.
Now I understand that Barclays is all about doing very well, providing client excellence, and promoting diversity.
I have spoken to many people from all the divisions during lunchtime and it really helped me to decide my future career.

Yes many opportunities !
I highly recommend this insight because it is the best way to increase your exposure to Barclays and all the divisions.
