  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • From the very begining, when I was given a concern form to fill up and I printing my name on the paper to ensure that I will not reveal any secrets of BP in the future. This made me feel that I was valued, eventhough I was only there for a day, but the trust and believe that BP had on me was magnificent.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Questions handout on competency questions were given out. Also there was practice interview session where candidates worked in groups of 3, each taking a role of an Observer, a candidate and interviewer. It was a good practice. STAR method was also introduced during this session to guide us on how to answer a question in the best possible way.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • As mentioned before, during our lunch break, current BP graduate employees joined us and were sharing their personal experiences with BP. I got to know that there is very likely chance for you to get employed by BP as a graduate if you managed to secure an Internship with BP. Now, that is pretty impressive.
