    • Very enjoyable- the work and staff

    • Definatly valued- was constantly given constructive feedback by all.

    • Lots! All members of staff throughout the organisation willing to help and guide.

    • Dependant upon day but this was due to the nature of the work i was doing. On the whole the balance was about right.

    • Was responsible for running assays as were other ful time members of staff.
