The Role
Really enjoyed my internship, given real and interesting work to do. All staff were really friendly and willing to help me out.
Highly valued, given real responsibility and was often asked of my opinion. Was included in all staff events and felt like a valued member of the team.
Given huge amounts of support, would have weekly catch ups with my manager and be given detailed instructions about what I was required to do for each piece of work. Manager always willing to provide assistance when I required it.
Fairly busy.
A fair amount of responsibility, provided work that helped advance ongoing projects and also provide insights into the market to shape business strategy. Parts of my work were discussed by more senior members of staff/
Skills I developed will help with uni work as did a lot of research but also developed soft skills greatly - was required to do numerous presentations, worked with my manager on one soft skill a week to improve etc.
The Company
Relaxed and quiet.
Very well organised, clear objectives at the start and constant support from graduate recruitment whenever required.
Very highly, was sent on training courses. Also line manager ensured I was developing personal skills.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing
The Culture
Yes
