The Role
It was good overall. I was given a good mix of responsibility and interesting tasks to do.
I felt really valued by colleagues - they tried as much as possible to help me with my development.
Guidance was always given, and was really well explained. Support was always available.
The balance was almost perfect, which is great for an intern.
I think I was given a lot of responsibility, especially for an intern, which was great because I learnt a lot.
I didn't receive much training, but the skills I learnt on the job will definitely assist me in the future.
The Company
Really good atmosphere - not dull, neither was it too distracting.
Really well set up.
They did not invest much, but it was only an internship and the role was very specific using certain software etc. so I learnt a lot on the job.
