  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • You are aligned with a line manager throughout your 10 weeks, they assign you most of the tasks and ensure you have clear instructions. Apart from them being available almost any time of the day for a quick chat there are two 1-1 meetings a week where you set and review assigned tasks. Overall support received was very good.
