The Role
Excellent company to work for with real prospects, my placement finished in 2010, and following my graduation this year I am working here full time.
I built up really strong relationships with all of my peers, I consider them true friends aswell as work colleagues.
Brilliant support network and training plans.
My responsibilities progressed throughout my placement and I felt like I was making a real difference to the department.
The perfomance management scheme was excellent when considering my personal development and using this in my final year portfolio at university. The excel courses have been extremely valuable throughout my academic and working life.
The Company
The company invested in both external courses and internal time and resources to help build up my skills and product knowledge.
