  • It was extremely pleasant and friendly. I didn't feel a competitive atmosphere but one of freedom and creativity. This was achieved by starting off with an excellent ice breaker which got everyone exited and talking. We also got the opportunity to have a lunch break and speak with a room full of 20 professional working for BP in the upstream Oil and GAs industry.

The networking session during lunch was also very useful in regards to this.
