About You
Got fantastic exposure to all the different part of the bank. Really enjoyed it since, as an Engineering student, this was my first exposure to the banking environment
Spring Buddy scheme was great and everyone was very inviting. Had an Imperial College London Lunch too which was great!
HR was very supportive and all the employees at Barclays were more than happy to help with any questions and interview tips
Probably won't assist me with my degree but it will greatly help for future opportunities at Barclays due to the large network I've now been able to create
The Company
Brilliant structuring, my only tip would be to have the interview area decided AFTER the work shadowing takes place
Great! Everyone was very helpful and the week was a blast!
This stage is too early to invest in individuals but nonetheless I learnt a lot during my time
Significantly since I was able to meet several peopleworking there and understand what is was like, the advantages and disadvantages etc. to provide a very real outlook of the company
VERY MUCH, the culture at Barclays is one of the many reasons I applied and it truly is fantastic and came up in many conversations
Great, really helped me understand the different roles in the bank and how mu future could fit in there
