Met some great people there- at one point there is 60 students there helping with the handover. High Wycombe is a bit rubbish though but there are some nice surounding areas.

13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?

Although High Wycombe is pretty cheap for how close it is to London it was still more expensive to live than uni, but i think this is the case with most placements.

High Wycombe was pretty rubbish but there are some really nice places you can go further afield like Windsor, Reading, Marlow, Henley, Oxford and London.

Being a big town there was plenty to get involved with and there was also a sports and social club that offered a gym membership and social events to raise money for charity.
